1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PitStopPRO's website and mobile mechanic services. By accessing our website or submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. PitStopPRO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Services

PitStopPRO provides mobile automotive mechanic services at the customer's location. Our services include, but are not limited to, oil changes, brake repairs, battery replacements, diagnostic services, and general vehicle maintenance.

All service requests are subject to availability, vehicle inspection, and technician assessment. PitStopPRO reserves the right to decline any service request at its discretion. Quoted estimates are based on information provided by the customer and are subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle.

3. Estimates & Payments

Service estimates provided by PitStopPRO are itemized to include labor costs and parts costs. Parts are subject to applicable sales tax. Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if additional labor or parts are required upon inspection.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By approving an estimate, you authorize PitStopPRO to charge the total amount shown, including applicable taxes and fees. All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All sales are final. Refunds or adjustments may be issued at PitStopPRO's sole discretion in the event of a billing error or dispute.

As a customer of PitStopPRO, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a service request
• Ensure the vehicle and service location are accessible to our technicians
• Be present or designate an authorized representative at the time of service
• Disclose any known issues with the vehicle that may affect the safety of our technicians
• Pay for all services rendered as agreed upon in the estimate

6. Limitation of Liability

PitStopPRO's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PitStopPRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

PitStopPRO is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions, damage resulting from undisclosed issues, or issues arising from customer-supplied parts.

7. Service Warranty

PitStopPRO warrants labor performed for a period of 30 days from the date of service. Parts installed by PitStopPRO may carry separate manufacturer warranties. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or subsequent modifications. To make a warranty claim, contact PitStopPRO within the warranty period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the PitStopPRO website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PitStopPRO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which PitStopPRO operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
